Okonomiyaki – candied ponzu pork – soy emulsion – katsu – rock samphire

Raw Beef Tataki – togarashi – soy granita – wasabi foam – yuzu mayo

BBQ Quail – kombu broth – charred baby vegetables – shiso

Yuzu Curd – ginger sable – matcha – citrus salad – land seaweed

*Drinks Package – like all our previous fine food & wine events, there will be a wine paired with each course. This time we will be showcasing our Bottlemart Premium Range. New to this event, we are offering our guests a choice of the matched wine OR Asahi Mid or Full Strength Japanese Beer & a Hakushu Distillers Whiskey option, in lieu of the wines.

  • Payment can be made in advance, via credit card on 6682 4222, at the Restaurant or at the Bar. To help with a smooth start, if you are paying on the night please ensure this is done before our 6pm start.
